Mrs. Kat and the Shuckleberries crew have and always will be the best place my little boy could have ever landed. I have referred serveral people to shuckleberries with saying, "YOU WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL."  From outdoor play, reading material, hands-on motor skills play all the way to field trips to the local retirement center where your child will sing and brighten someone's day.  Mrs. Kat and team put on a graduation, muffins with moms, dough-nuts with dads, movie nights and  SO MUCH more. We are forever grateful for her love and devotion to our child and will never EVER forget how much she truly impacted our lives but especially our son. Choosing Shuckleberries for our children was one of the best decisions we've made as parents. Ms. Kat is the best! She has created a warm and nurturing environment for our three children and we feel more like family than anything else. Ms. Kat and the Shuckleberries teachers prioritize the safety and the well-being of our children, while creating an outdoor play-based curriculum. It was perfect for our children to get their wiggles out! Some of the activities our children loved were arts and crafts, erupting volcanoes, singing songs, the life cycle of butterflies, gardening, muffins with mom and field trips. Shuckleberries Preschool was recommended to me by a mom I met at a park one day and I feel so lucky to have found Ms. Kat.  I ended up sending all three of my children there. Shuckleberries program is structured so that the children are engaged, active and learning the entire day. There are projects and creative fun activities planned through out every day. Kat is well organized in her planning. She communicates via email to the parents as well as providing a monthly newsletter. She hires quality staff members who provide care and love to the children and are there to ensure the days flow as smoothly as possible. I can’t say enough how high quality, caring and supportive Mrs Kat, her family and her staff at Shuckleberries was to our son and us as parents. The environment and program they have helped my son grow in ways I don’t think he would have at any other preschool. They ALWAYS went above and beyond for us and I never regret the choice to have our son with Shuckleberries Preschool. My son was with Mrs Kat from the time he was 5 and a half months old until kindergarten and then some going back for summers for many years there after.
